Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products sold by Tapcenda ("Tapcenda," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

We sell physical NFC cards pre-programmed with a link you provide (typically your Google Business review page), so that customers can tap the card with their phone and be taken directly to that page. Cards also include a printed QR code as a fallback.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized; you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

3. Shipping

Orders currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada and typically leave our facility within 3-5 business days of purchase. Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier and your location. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns & refunds

Because each card is custom-programmed with your specific review link before it ships, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your card arrives damaged, defective, or programmed incorrectly, contact us at hello@tapcenda.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no charge.

5. Acceptable use

Tapcenda cards are a tool to make it easier for genuine customers to leave a review — they are not a way to manipulate or manufacture reviews. When using your card, you agree not to:

• Offer money, discounts, or other incentives in exchange for a positive review, or condition any incentive on a review being positive.
• Selectively invite only customers you expect to leave positive reviews while discouraging or filtering out others.
• Use the card in any way that violates Google's review policies, applicable advertising/endorsement laws (such as FTC guidance in the US), or any other applicable law.

You are solely responsible for how you use your card and for complying with Google's policies for your Business Profile. Tapcenda is not responsible for, and is not liable for, any suspension, removal, or other action taken against your Google Business Profile or reviews.

6. Intellectual property

The Tapcenda name, logo, and site content are owned by Tapcenda. Purchasing a card does not grant you any rights to our branding beyond using the physical product as intended.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tapcenda's total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost reviews.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or products after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
