Tapcenda ("Tapcenda," "we," "us," or "our") sells physical NFC review cards that businesses place at their counter so customers can tap their phone and be taken straight to the business's Google review page. This policy explains what information we collect when you buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information directly from you when you place an order, and a small amount of information automatically when you use our site.

• Order information: name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, collected through our checkout (hosted by Stripe) so we can fulfill and ship your order.
• Business review link: the Google Business review link you provide us so we can program your card correctly.
• Payment information: your payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site usage: basic technical data (such as browser type and pages viewed) that our hosting provider may log for security and reliability purposes.

2. How we use your information

• Process payment and fulfill your order.
• Program your NFC card with the correct review link.
• Ship your order and send order/shipping confirmations.
• Respond to customer support requests.
• Comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising or marketing profiling.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business:

• Stripe, our payment processor, handles your payment details and shipping address collection. Stripe's use of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Our shipping carrier, solely to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Tapcenda or others.

4. Cookies

Our site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout may set cookies that are strictly necessary to process your payment securely.

5. Data retention

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@tapcenda.com. We'll respond as quickly as we can.

7. Children's privacy

Our products and site are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
